A king-sized bedroom with an en-suite wet room, The piggeries is an old outbuilding converted into a modern stylish room. located down its own private entrance just off the courtyard. This room features a stunning exposed stone wet room with a walk-in shower. Flat-screen TV, Iron, mini-fridge, tea and coffee facilities.
Pet Free room - no pets in this one however check availability of our pet friendly rooms The Lodge/The Coach house. 

Self-catering three-bedroom cottage; located in the beautiful village of Waddington, in the Ribble valley. Surrounded by the English countryside with a real log burner & private parking. The cottage comprises of a separate living room, kitchen & dinning room, perfect for short & long stays. 
Upstairs there is one double ensuite master bedroom, a double bedroom & a third family room which has a triple bunk bed (double below, single above) and a bathroom. 

A small camp bed can be made available on request for an additional fee.
